Chapter 16: Homecoming

Amy awoke the next morning and stretched. Marcus was already gone and she felt alone in the big bed. She wondered what this day would bring since the last few days had been so different and life changing. Things have moved so fast from her anniversary date. She got up and showered and stepped out into the hallway before she realized she hadn’t dressed yet. In the short time she had spent on the island she had gotten used to being nude. She quickly ducked back into the room and selected a sexy pink dress to wear today. Of course most of her wardrobe was sexy now since her shopping spree. All of her old clothes were still at the old house. She put on some makeup and as she was finishing there was a knock at the door.

“Miss, are you decent” she heard Peters call through the door,

Playfully she called back “I don’t know if I am decent but I am dressed” she giggled.

Peters opened the door. “Yes, you look decent enough to me, Miss. Would you like breakfast this morning, since Mr. Sellers is not here to provide sustenance this morning.” he had a slight smirk on his face.

Amy blushed remembering the last time Peters came into the bedroom when Marcus had her under the covers. She guessed this was Peters’ way of getting back at her smart ass comment.

“No thank you Peters, I’m fine.”

“Would Miss like coffee on the patio this morning then?”

“Yes please. Thank you.”

“Very well, I will have it delivered shortly.” He turned and left.

She made her way to the patio and sat at the table. She found that again her cigarettes were already waiting. Peters was out right after she sat down and had her coffee out to her. She lit her cigarette and looked around her and realized she had not really paid attention to the back yard before. She could see a pool and tennis court and lots of beautiful shrubs and trees. She made a mental note to walk the grounds and see what else was about.

She heard Peters open the door and two distinct foot falls. She looked back and saw a mirror image of herself when she was younger. Same hair and build as Amy. She was dressed in a sexy low cut blue tank top and short jean shorts. Her makeup was almost perfect but was a little heavier than Amy liked. Another thing Amy didn’t wear much of was jewelry, but her younger doppelganger had several rings and bracelets on and even had an ankle bracelet. There was a nose ring in her right nostril but what caught Amy’s eye was a little choker around her neck. It reminded her of Stan’s collar.

“Miss, your guest has arrived”

“Hi mom!” Robin rushed to hug her mother and kissed her on the cheek. “So when did you start smoking again?” She said with a smirk.

“Hi honey. Well I have off and on for a while. I had to hide it from your dad.
